Still lot of nothing going on here. As of last night Jaina is wanting to go to a museum that has dinosaur bones. Greg and I got a laugh off of a bumper sticker that said I found Jesus he was hiding behind the couch. Eventually we will need to get a new keyboard. The spacebar is a little messed up. Just now my child was trying to make her hair grow in the bathroom by standing infron of the sink and brushing her hair with her tooth brush.

Most of this week has been dull, boring and down right depressing. A week of no money to go anywhere and Jaina wanting to butt heads all week cause of the boredom. Hopefully things will pick up soon of things todo. I volunteered to be a co-leader for brownies. Something to help get Jaina and I out of the house since right now the play group we are a part of has some stuff going on but, things I'm not to interested in doing like decorating a wooden spoon.

Jaina has gone for about a week wearing underwear to bed and no accidents. I know I probably should of done it months ago. well anyways. last weekend we took a trip to montgomery alabama to visit a friend. she had fun there. went to the zoo and saw some of jainas relatives. she also go to visit with grandma in columbus.

Had to dig out a toilet paper roll from the drain of the sink in the bathroom. Didn't realized what it was that was stuck in the sink untill I noticed that the one on the counter was gone. At least i was able to take care of it and not had to call the office to have someone come take care of it.

Ended up getting a new phone. Only cost me 20 dollars. My other phone I had for three years and the past few days I had enough of it cutting off on me. Has done that on and off thing since I have had it. It would cut off if someone called or if I called someone even the battery loosing a bar would cause it to cut off. At least with th new one i can put it on speaker.

Besides Jaina getting her ears pierced she also got a hermit crab today. She was all excited about it. Yesterday she was wanting to bring home a kitten she got to hold it. Had to tell the lady that we have an older cat that is not keen on having other pets in the house other then us just baby sitting the animal.

Lately Jaina has been having bm problems. Last week she went finally after a few days and had a little blood on the toilet paper. Had a few days like that after that day. She went to an appointment tuesday about it. Was given a big bottle of powder stuff to mix into her drinks to help her. Normal for most kids her age to be constipated or have some sort of problem pooping. She had that appointment in the morning and then in the afternoon she had one to have her teeth cleaned. She did well at the dentist. We both had our teeth cleaning. She actually stayed with the lady and I could hear her from the other room talking away to the lady.

Jaina's potty training is going stron still. Was able to do the 3 hr drive to columbus and I had her in panties. She had no accidents. Still wish she wouldn't strip her cloths off to go or at least put them back on. Other then that with the goverment and the budget stuff has screwed up gregs pay. The goverment didn't shut down but, will have see when he gets paid on friday if all his pay will show up since right now only half is showing to be dropped. which is bs. Greg is comming up this way this weekend. is suppost to anyway. Had plans that got cancled and stabbed at the same time. Had plans to go see a friend in montgomry friday and stay the night possibly help her stuff eggs for her church. Then go to her church saturday for the easter eggstraviganza but, with greg coming not so much. I told him how we had an invite to go out there saturday for the whole day and he didn't want to do a day trip and waste the gas. So like normal we will have the typical weekend of doing nothing as a family. Which probably will consist of him either sleeping reading or playing a game of some sort.

Jaina is doing really well with still going to the potty. Yesterday was the first day she wore panties. She picked minnie and today she is in tinkerbell. Yesterday she did good only two accidents. The first she wetted the panties other then that she had an accident on the bathroom floor trying to get to the toilet. She did the same this morning. Other then the few accidents it has been somethign else with her in the bathroom. she seems to get into trouble in there as well. She had a thing for putting her hands in the toilet and now it is feet. She is also into wanting to use all the toilet paper at once. The other day I had to put her in the tub cause she got a hold of her bath wash and decided her legs and vagina needed to be lathered up with soap.

a few months back jaina gave me a day where she used the potty and then stopped. about 5 days ago she wanted to use the potty one evening. i was like ok thinking it would be another 24 hr thing and she would lose interest. not this time has been 5 days and she is still sitting on the potty to go. she doesn't get to it all the time but, she goes on it quite often. she has no problem having a bm in the toilet either.

The other day jaina was telling me she wanted to grow up and be a beautiful princess. Thursday she tole me she wanted to see diego and go to his rescue center. I told her I didn't know where to find them since diego is just a show. Same day she told me she wanted to grow up and be an animal rescuer. Today she was telling me and daddy she wanted to be a mermaid.

jaina was at the back doors just having a good time running her fore head down glass. she thought the noise was the funniest thing. quiz went to the vet and is back with greg. the vet determined that the reason he is bitting his tail is cause of his age. for awhile with section of his back to his tail when you touch or scratch it he will bite at air. the vet says that if it doesn't get scratched he would bite his tail to get the same sensation. the soulution is not to give quiz the scratch so he wouldn't be looking for it.

This past Sunday Greg dropped Jaina and me off at Grandmas house in Columbus. Will be here for awhile. Will have to go back down in March to get a new ID card. Today Greg took off from work so he can have quiz checked out at the vet. The past week or so quiz has been nawing at his tail so bad he has lost hair and he is making his tail bleed. Let alone from the middle of his back to where his tail is on him if u touch him he will start bitting air. Quiz will be 8 yrs old next week. This past Monday Greg and I had our 9th anniversary.

Yesterday evening at some point Jaina trapped quiz in her bedroom closet. So, between 5-8 yesterday quiz was in the closet. Of course had a mess to clean up. Well even though he was trapped in the closet he got his revenge my meowing when I put Jaina to bed. He waited till I was out of the room and caused Jaina to cry.

Still no car and it is raining so we are for sure stuck in the house. This morning Jaina woke up and was upset with daddy cause he had already left for work and Jaina wanted him to take her with. Greg has bought some equipment for his music. He bought stuff to help him record on the computer. He can down make up CDs of himself singing and playing the guitar. Last night he set it up to have Jaina sing with him. He did twinkle twinkle little star. Was so cute.

3 weeks no car

The past three weekd Jaina and I have been grounded to the house. Gregs car that he bought in October is not working. Can tell Jaina needs a kid outlit cause being stuck at home has made her turn into a little monster at times let alone she keeps asking to play with kids. With how the weather here has been the past 2 weeks of being cold out. It makes it hard to take her outside. In December Greg and I traded in our Hybrid for a Honda fit. The gas milage on the Fit is almost just as good let alone more space in the back for stuff and if more space is needed the seats can go down.

This Tuesday Jaina turned 3. She will be having her party this weekend. As soon as I can I'll post pictures. She had fun at the wedding we went to. She did really well in the church and at the reception she danced her butt off.

This Saturday we will be heading to Pennsylvania for a wedding. Will be there a week then have to head back down home. Then get ready for Jaina's birthday party to only have christmas around the corner. At least my mom will be still around for Jaina's birthday and christmas this year. Not sure about next year since it has been almost a year since she was diagnosed with termanal lung cancer and was told she had a year give or take. So far she seems tobe doing ok other then being tires and not having much of an appitite.

Just 2 more weeks and Jaina will be three. As of now she wants a dora cake for her birthday. Still not much luck with potty training her. She has gone on the toilet a few times but, doesn't get to do that all the time. From time to time she has to stop what she is doing to tell me she has gone pee. Eventually she will potty trained and off to preschool.

November is almost done. We got home yesterday from being up in Columbus. Jaina and I were up there for 2 weeks Greg came for Thanksgiving. Jaina enjoyed being at grandmas. She had fun when we went and picked out a christmas tree then afterward we took her to see santa. She told him allshe wanted for christmas was a christmas tree.

Well yesterday morning Jaina woke saying her stomach hurt. She drank her milk that morning and the threw it back up. She seemed fine other wise just wonder if the milk was turning bad since it was 2 days off from expiring. Got Jaina in a playgroup down here and she has done a few things with the play group. Helps her get a chance to play with other kids. Eventually I will post some new pictures on here.

It seems like I can never come and make a post on my blog. I guess I get so wrapped up with other things that I forget. In almost a month Jaina will be turning 3. She is talking more and more each day in sentences. Just yesterday she told me I was to stay home while she goes to the book store and that she had her key. A few weeks back she cut her hair with child saftey scissors. She isn't potty trained yet. Wish she was but, it will happen. She gave me one good day of using the potty cause she was all about wanting to go to preschool. I told her she had to be potty trained. I guess she assumed being potty trained happens over night. At least she is ajusted to her new room since Greg and I are back where we started in Valdosta. The past month I took Jaina shopping for birthday and Christmas gifts. Some of the stuff she has forgotten about already. This year taking her tricker treating was a bit of a bust and we figure once she starts to school to see about doing a costume party at home and her friends from school can come over in costume and that will be our halloween.
On another note Greg and I have a few things going on. We will be going to Pennsylvania for a wedding along with spending the holidays at my mom and dads house. Just recently we got a new bed. We upgraded from a full to a queen size bed. Just need to get more sheets and that eventually for it.

Last week Wednesday Jaina got sick. She woke up in the middle of the night with a low grade fever that got worse during the day. When she would wake up from sleeping she would cry her head hurt. Earlier that day I made an appointment since her getting that sick isn't normal. By the time she had her appointment she was running 102 fever and while we waiting in the waiting room she threw upon me. Was glad Greg was with me. I smelt like sour milk for awhile. She was under the weather for about three days. Other then that she has been having fun playing in the sprinkler I got her along with the big chalk for the side walk. Tomorrow she will be going to a birthday party.

It is always fun walking around your neighborhood and you find snakes. Was out walking with Jaina. She was in her stroller when I realized I just ran over a snake. Of course the snake didn't move. Tryed using a stick to get it to move somewhere else but, figure to leave it alone when it started to flick its tail around along with hissing and bitting the stick. One I got back to the house I noticed my door was being cuddled by another snake that looked like the one that was hissing at me. I was glad that I had Jaina in her stroller.

This past saturday Greg, I and Jaina took a trip out to see the scottish games in pleasenton. Didn't get to see any of the games. We at least got to see a dog herd some sheep and all the people dressed up. Some of the tents they had up looked really great. Both Greg and I agreed that if we had the money to blow at one of these we wouldn't have a problem. The price for us getting in was not bad. We got in for free cause of Greg being active duty and 8 bucks for parking. All that you can't beat for a fun day at the games. If Jaina was closer to school age we would of spent the whole day there and try to see more. Jaina actually had a guy playing a bit of a tune for her. I recorded it on the camra but, the computer is giving issues with recognizing video clips for some reason. This is worth going to again since finally Greg and I finally went to one. We have all ways said we would go to one of the games or fairs that have been advertised out here.

Yesterday Jaina saw the cows near where we live and she pointed at them and said puppy.
I came up with that Jaina is part hampster part monkey. The reason is you know how hampsters store food in the cheeks of their mouth for later well Jaina does this but, instead of the cheeks of her mouth she trys putting food in her ears when she is done. Her monkey side is her climbing on everything. I can be on the computer and she ends up climbing all over me.

Today jaina and I had an outting. Checking out a produce store that opened today and it is one of those type places that only open for certain months of the year. Was crazy there. Well anyway where we were at was way out there near farming type land. Where the car was parked we could hear chickens and roosters. Jaina heard them and said daddy. Jaina had her 18 month appointment on June 15th. She weighs 22.2 lbs and her weight is in the 25%. Her height is 33.1 inches and it is in the 90%. She is doing well and up to where she needs to be with picking up words and understanding what is asked. She didn't like the end of her appointment cause she had to get three shots.

Not too long ago when i was grocery shopping I picked up a spoon and fork set for Jaina. Last week I gave Jaina the fork and she started to use it. She knows how to use it and knows what it is for but, just can't seem to get alot of food on it.

Those types of days must be more hectec for those that have more then one. My Mom and brother have come up that when Jaina grows up she might have a job as a stripper or proctologist. The reason fro a stripper is that she has been know to stripp off her cloths let alone she has also has been a table and pole dancer. The proctoligy part is for some reason she funds our cats butts amusing. She likes to point at them and laugh. Some times she trys to poke at them and I have to stop her. I have joked with my mom and told her she might be both. She might tell people she stripped to make money to put herself through medical school.
Anyways onto other things. Jaina is picking up words very well now. She has up to 10 words that she says now. The latest is of her saying peas for please. Working on getting her to say please for things instead of that. She hasn't quite gotten down thank you yet. When we say Thank you too her she does manage to babble something but, can make it out to anything. If she manages to babble something when we say thank you to her at least it is close enough since soon enough she will manage to get a grasp on saying thank you.

Finally able to do stuff back home with the internet. Now I have the slight feeling of playing catch up with pictures. The past week Jaina has picked up two new words nana and mine. She has also been throwing more tantrums as well along with shaking her hands and screaming when she isn't getting her way. She still hits her head on the floor or on anything else when she doesn't get her way. She has learned if she can't get somewhere to either grab momy or daddys hand and pull.

Once again I am having to come to the library for internet. Once we have money to get a new computer will be able to do all that I like to do on the internet at home since i am limited at the library since I can only do so, much since Jaina makes it difficult for me to do it all. This was done this past friday. Had Jaina outside she was dragging the broom behind her like crazy but, once I got the camra I was only able to get her dragging it a little. New Kitten

We have had a new cat in the house for almost 2 weeks now. It is a girl kitty and she will be a year next month. Quiz and the new cat get along fine took both of them a few days to get used of each other but, you can tell she knows that quiz is the dominate cat. Well quiz doesn't have to do much since his size says it all. Well with the new cat might help quiz a little with the weight. At least he is getting some exercise. Jaina likes to terrorize the new cat. She pokes her and smacks her. We tell the kitty to run when Jaina comes. Other then the new kitty life down here in Californis is kind of depressing with all the rain.

About a week or so ago I went to babies r us to get a gate to block off the kitchen to Jaina. The gate I got was a metal one that has a door. As I stand by the gate and watch Jaina shake the gate with one hand I think this sort of makes me think of scene from movies that involve prison. What I am refering to is you probably have seen the scene where the prisoners are using mirrors to see if gaurds or coming or using a tin cup to hit along the prison bars of thier cells.
Ok also on another note Jaina is doing pretty good. Last week Wednesday she got a fever from no where. She started to run a temp of 99.5 and lasted throught the night. Got up to a high of 101. Thursday of that week I made an appointment to have her checked to make sure she was ok. She checked out fine. Greg and I assumed the fever was from teething. When she had her appointment I could tell she remembered her doctor since all he had to do was look at her and she started bawling.

All I have to say about how I saw Jaina this morning was wow. Ok like every morning we did our normal routine. Jaina had breafest and after that she got to play some till 8am. Once that time rolls around I take her to her room and put her into her crib so, I can take a shower. After I finished all that I needed to do I went to her room to get her ready. When I opened the door the only thing I could do was laugh and wished I had my camra in hand. Her she was standing in her crib still with her p.j. bottoms on and heap load of diaper hanging from the front of her bottoms. She managed to undo the diaper and decided to pull the diaper from the front. When I fixed the problem I thought you gave yourself one heck of a wedgie with your diaper.

Jaina is getting pretty good at climbing up on the couch. A few times she made her way off of the couch on her own. Her way isn't the stablest way. She also knows how to climb onto her jumper which will be going to someone soon.

Pringles

First off happy to have the internet again at home. Ok now on to about the pringles. Yesterday afternoon Jaina saw that I had some pringles. She wanted one so, I gave her one. She ate most of what I gave her and she started to walk around the kitchen when she noticed quiz laying on the floor near his dishes. She made her way to him. I am thinking ok quiz is about to get smack by Jaina once again. Instead of beating on him like she does she decided to share what was left of her pringle chip by shoving the chip into his face.

Can tell that Jaina is entering the toddler stage. When she doesn't get her way she lets you know by getting upset along with banging her head into the floor or a wall. Sometimes we have to be carefull as well cause if she not getting her way and you have ahold of her she will head bunt you. She is also into wanting to climb on the couch. If she trys hard enough she can make it. Not too often does she make it. Most of the time she gets upset and starts to bite the couch and bang her head into it cause it is making her mad.

Saying Hi

Jaina is now into saying hi. The day before we left Columbus she started to say hi. We would say hi to her and she would say it back. Today in the car she would see people outside and she would wave and say hi.

Soon pictures will be posted of Jaina's baptism and Christmas at Disney. Jaina enjoyed herself. She liked getting her picture taken with Mickey and Minnie. She liked grabbing thier noses. She also had fun on a few of the rides. She also managed to catch a cold this week so, New Years Eve and New Years Day she was in a bit of a fussy mood.

I did took this one this past Monday. I was coming home and thought we never really let her play with the pots and pans. I stuck her in her play pen as I put the stuff on the floor then grabbed her and the camra.

This weekend. won't be able to get her birthday pictures posted untill Greg and I get to my parents house in Georgia since our modem at home kicked the bucket. Shopping!!!!

Jaina and I were out doing some shopping. She did her normal stuff at the store of trying to pull clothes off the rack. No butt grabbing today. On the way home I was thinking how when we were at the store I saw alot of cute outfits that I wish I had the money to buy them all. I also got to thinking how I wish we lived closer to my parents so, that way I could see about going back to work at my old job and have grandma spend time with her only grandbaby.

Was trying to get Marieka's whole face. Got Jaina at the top with hay and grass in her hand. She actually pulled grass and tryed to give it to the sheep behind her.

To teeth or not to teeth?

Jaina has a bit of a stuffy nose. It isn't too bad. She either has a cold or she is getting more teeth. Can't really tell on the teeth. She makes it hard to look into her mouth let alone if you put your fingers into her mouth she will give you a good bite.
